Implantable identifiers
I will agree that the government legally
requires children under 5 to use ID chips. I think this approach is acceptable,
not only for children, but when they grow up, these chips can still help them.
Someone has already injected this chip in his hand. It is a small chip that is
injected under the skin of a human body, usually on the hand or wrist. In this
chip, you can record some information that can fully represent you personally. This
chip will make our life more convenient. With it, we don't have to worry about
forgetting to bring a bus or work card because it is always with you. In an emergency, medical staff can easily
access your health data. Its benefits in the medical environment are obvious.
By accessing an individual's medical history, doctors can quickly make informed
decisions about medications and other treatments; because ID cards are
transmitted within individuals, there is no risk of misidentification in
hospitals. People will be able to automatically control many devices. It can
hold all the information we usually carry in our wallet. When we walk through
the security checkpoint, it can transmit our identity information, enabling us
to use public transport and queue up at the supermarket checkout to become a
thing of the past. Also, about 28,000 babies are confused in the hospital each
year and eventually leave with the wrong parents. On the other hand, the body
is occasionally confused in the funeral home, causing some very embarrassing
situations. Implanting this chip can solve this problem perfectly. Similarly, there
are always many kidnappings around us, through which the police can quickly
find them and ensure their safety.
However, this may have some risks because
the chip is very sensitive to us. Because they contain so much important
information, they can be the primary target of malicious users such as hackers.
Imagine that the information on the chip is not only readable but also
writable. This means that our data may be corrupted, erased or copied. This
means that criminals can use your data and copy or replace it with your own
data, changing your physical and physical identity.
But I do not think this will become a
problem. We already use smart phone for so many years. Many of the features of
this chip can also be done with our mobile phones. If this risk is really that
big, then why smart phone can make people use it for so long. I think benefits are
bigger than risks.
I think that parents have the right to
implant chips into young children. When these children are not yet mature,
parents are their guardians who can help them decide something. Because their
age is too small, their knowledge of the world is not comprehensive, and
parents appropriately help them decide that some things will help them grow
better.
I totally agree with you. At the same time, I think the government should strengthen the management of chip, such as enacting a series of laws on how to use chip. This will not only enable the chip to be used correctly, but also allow people to better prepare for entering a new era.
